Came into Miami for an elective procedure hoping that things would be smooth sailing but I ran into a small issue with getting my script filled I went to two major chains and they refused to help me. I was referred to University from the surgery center and they were Heaven sent. The customer service was 10/10 they were very friendly and eager to help me. I’m along way from home and for the time I interacted with them I felt as if I was amongst family. I recommend them for all your pharmaceutical needs. I refuse to do business anywhere else. I couldn’t find my medicine anywhere and they were able to fill it the same day while going above and beyond to apply a discount card on top of my insurance. University Pharmacy to the rescue! Several months back, I had an issue with my son's prescription and it's availability. The pharmacy I USED to go to said they ordered it, but didn't and then gave me a song and dance about the medication not being made anymore with a too bad so sad attitude. I called around town and all the big named chains had so many protocols that we wouldn't have access to his medication for over a week. Then on a long shot, I called University Pharmacy. They were FANTASTIC! My prescription was available for me the next morning! Not only that, but they deliver as well. As a single-working-mom this is a service that is priceless. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Their customer service amazing and their store impeccable. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Ive been a customer for many years and its the only pharmacy I go to because you don't have to wait 2 hours. I have been a frequent customer at this pharmacy, and my experience has always been positive. Natasha and her team have consistently treated me with respect and compassion. They've helped me find my medication when other larger pharmacies have failed. The location itself is spotless and offers a cozy atmosphere that makes each visit pleasant. The only minor drawback is the occasional lack of parking outside, but this is fairly typical in the Coral Gables area.
